Maryhill Locks Phase 4 is one of two jmarchitects’ projects shortlisted at the Scottish Home Awards!
The project presents a contemporary example of inner city, urban family living that is attractive, flexible and affordable. A range of three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses in a terraced format is designed carefully into a steeply sloping site with uninterrupted south facing views across the Kelvin Walkway.
The residential development for Bigg Regeneration, a UK wide regeneration company, undertaken and managed in Glasgow by Igloo Regeneration, has been nominated in the ‘Innovation in Design’ category. We’re delighted to be up for this award, good luck to fellow nominees Diamond Property Developments, Lorn Macneal Architects and Stewart Milne Homes.
