
The Linen Quarter becomes the largest private development to join Dunfermline’s district heating system.
The refurbishment and new build projects utilise the town’s pioneering district heating system. Phase 3A of the development comprises 8 units completed in May and owners have taken possession. Scaffolding has been dropped over Phase 1 of the development, which is due for completion at the end of the August and will see 37 residential units completed.
jmarchitects are delighted to be involved in this innovative project along with RSP Consulting Engineers and McGregor McMahon civil and structural consultant engineers.
Scaffolding has been taken down exposing the new build elevations to The Depot, phase 1.
Properties within Damask, phase 3A, the refurbishment of the existing building has been completed and homeowners have moved in.
Foundry, phase 2 comprises properties for rent via a housing association.
