Our London studio are developing designs for Alton Road with Optivo. The development will provide 95 affordable homes of which 41 are Extra Care flats for those aged fifty five and over.
We are delighted to be included in the ‘Public Housing: a London renaissance’ publication and are pleased that New London Architecture have recognised the quality of our design response for this sensitive site overlooking Richmond Park on the edge of the Alton East conservation area. It’s great to be included and we always want to support the New London Architecture platform.
