jmarchitects visited the Powell Road site to witness the speedy progress being made. The structure is now complete allowing a good sense of the spaces and external relationships.
The external walls are 50% progressed using the Taylor Maxwell Carsington Cream brick, with Dove Hole white mortar which looks extremely good.
The Bauder intensive green roof, set over a ‘cut to falls’ warm waterproofing system has also begun in a drive to seal the building up before the winter arrives.
Internally the 3-story commercial void can now be experienced. With light on 3 sides and top lit, we expect the commercial space to attract tenant interest in the near future.
