jmarchitects are delighted to have secured planning permission for a new residential development for Cullross Limited and Caledonia Housing Association. Located in Dundee, the new development on Ballindean Road will look to provide a total of sixty-seven new properties comprising forty-three houses including two-bedroom terraced houses, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached houses and one accessible detached bungalow, along with one- and two-bedroom flats and an accessible flat.
The development adopts a Net Zero Carbon approach and integrated into the designs are a SUDS Basin, air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, battery storage and EV charging points. Pedestrian and cycle access is also provided along with dedicated cycle storage to all properties and car parking provision which meet the local development plan.
We’re looking forward to delivering these properties for Cullross Limited and Caledonia Housing Association and the residents of Dundee.
