
jmarchitects and Scott Hobbs Planning, instructed by Alicydon Ltd, are delighted to have submitted applications for planning permission and listed building consent at Custom House, Dundee, involving the change of use and sympathetic conversion of the A-Listed Building to form 20 Luxury apartments and 2 New Build Blocks within the site that will create an additional 29 high specification, Architect designed apartments with fabulous appointed accommodation and stunning penthouses enjoying, wonderful views, all with gated private parking set amongst beautiful private landscaped communal gardens, with residents BBQ and relaxation areas.
The proposals have been carefully designed following pre-application consultation with Dundee City Council, Dundee Civic Trust, Dundee City Centre and Harbour Community Council, and Historic Environment Scotland. The proposals will enable the removal of the A-Listed Building from the ‘Buildings at Risk Register’ and contribute to the continuing regeneration of the Dundee Waterfront.
