Our proposals for a residential development on Warrington’s Town Hill have been given the green light by the Local Council. The development will consist of 24 one and two bed apartments over 4 floors.
The lower stories will be of robust buff brickwork; dark metal cladding has been selected for the upper stories which have been expressively composed to create a dynamic roofscape above this quiet town centre street. The project is being delivered in conjunction with local Client/Contractor Emerald Bay and construction is due to start on site this summer.
