Our Manchester Studio has this week submitted two applications for full planning consent, the first being the Queen Elizabeth School in Kirby Lonsdale – a new build, 300 student studio school for 14-19 year-olds. The new ‘studio school’ aims to “help students to become the creative professionals who can fill the jobs in the local economy and keep the rural community healthy and thriving”.
Alongside this application, drawings for Town Hill, Warrington have also been submitted for approval. These encompass the conversion and extension of an existing bank in the town centre of Warrington to create 24 one and two bed apartments.
