This proposed new town in Lanarkshire would transform economic prospects, attract significant new investment and promote a step change in build quality and sustainable living to become an exemplar of how Scottish communities can live and work in the 21st century. This proposal is promoted by the Hometown Foundation on 820 hectares of land near Rigside.
