We are delighted to announce that planning approval has been granted for Otago Lane, Glasgow.
Following a successful planning local review committee our Client Queensberry Properties Ltd has been awarded approval for their new residential development at Otago Lane, Glasgow.
The project will deliver 49 high quality 1 and 2 bedroom homes on an existing brownfield site with views over the River Kelvin. The 3 apartment blocks are located within a new landscaped setting that will repair and enhance the existing green corridor and improve biodiversity within the site. The development will also deliver wider public realm enhancements to Otago Lane with the inclusion of two riverside viewing platforms, public seating, and access to a natural children’s play space integrated within the new tree planting and landscaping that will form the heart of this new residential riverside location.
jmarchitects are excited to see this project progress to the next stage of development.
