This Mental Health Awareness Week our offices have really enjoyed getting together, taking a break from our screens, having some cake (and pizza!) and making the time to sit down and have a chat.
There are lots of resources that can help if you are struggling and there is no need to feel ashamed about reaching out for support from friends and family, colleagues or Mental Health First Aiders.
