Maryhill Phase 4, a development led by Igloo Regeneration, on behalf of Bigg Regeneration. The development is part of a wider masterplan, located on a steeply sloping site overlooking the Kelvin walkway in Maryhill, Glasgow.

The accommodation comprises 3, 4-bedroom townhouses, arranged in 4 terraced blocks with uninterrupted views over the lush landscape along the Kelvin Way.
