We are delighted to announce that the Winchburgh Schools project has been shortlisted for Learning Places Scotland Awards in the Inspiring Learning Places and Project of the Year categories!

jmarchitects were responsible for the design of the new Holy Family Primary School and early years facility which forms part of the wider Winchburgh Schools campus designed by Ryder Architecture.

jmarchitects and Ryder worked closely to deliver the £62 million development to build three new schools and secondary school sports facilities for the growing Winchburgh community.  This is West Lothian’s largest investment in education facilities.

“jmarchitects and Ryder Architecture worked closely to deliver a family of buildings that provide an exciting and engaging learning environment for the expanding town of Winchburgh. Holy Family Primary forms a key arrival point to the wider school campus site and the beginning of the learning journey for pupils from the expanding Winchburgh town.”

“The whole school community is delighted with our new school buildings. The schools are first class and feedback from parents and pupils has been overwhelmingly positive.  The new school facilities will certainly enhance the learning experience for current pupils but also for generations to come.”
