The Lower Dens Works Development has received a Commendation at the Dundee Civic Trust Awards. Present to accept the award were James Broderick, Lola Roca and Gordon Campbell representing jmarchitects, Percor Capital (Client) and Sharkey (Main Contractor).
The awards took place at the Dalhousie Building, University of Dundee on Thursday 31st October. The awards programme is an important part of the Civic Trust’s work, recognising (by means of an Award or a Commendation) recent developments which have enhanced the urban environment of Dundee. The buildings and other development projects considered at this year’s event were completed between June 2017 and May 2019. Out of 24 nominations, the projects being recognised during the evening were selected from a short-list of 12.
