Loaning Road in Edinburgh officially completed handover this week.
The development with Cullross and Hillcrest Housing Association creates 59 affordable units that meet both Edinburgh City Council design guide standards and Silver Standards for sustainability. They offer a range of one, two and three bed apartments, creating a sustainable mixed community of affordable homes within a secure courtyard environment.
