Several jmarchitects colleagues from our Edinburgh studio attended a Johnnie Walker Journey of Flavour tour at the newly renovated store in Princes Street Edinburgh on Friday the 18th of February.
The tour, which is led by an expert guide, takes you through a journey of the history of Johnnie Walker and how they search for the specialist flavours. As part of the tour, we all had 3 whisky drinks tailored to our individual flavour preferences.
One of the highlights of the tour was experiencing the £185 million internal renovation of the former House of Fraser building that opened to the public in September 2021 after 4 years of works.
