jmarchitects are delighted to confirm that they have won a place on the Metropolitan Thames Valley approved list of architects for projects in London and the Midlands. The lots cover schemes up to £5m in the south-east, and between £15m and £50m in the middle of the country.
“The practice has a portfolio for projects for the affordable housing sector that stretched back over many decades. That history and the constant development of affordable housing across the country has allowed us to complete high-quality designs and technical solutions that have been acknowledged in our submission to MTVH. We look forward to bringing new opportunities to MTHV, and to bring our skill base to bare on the delivery of multi tenure, and mixed-use developments for the Trust.”
