Staff from jmarchitects’ Edinburgh studio have laid down their pens and picked up their baking utensils to bake a wide range of goodies for the Architects Benevolent Society “Bake the World a Better Place” challenge for World Baking Day.
To avoid the inevitable sugar rush, jmarchitects decided to organise a Lunchtime Social, to encourage staff away from their desks for a chat and catch up with colleagues. Treats included everything from Sausage Rolls to Tortilla de Patata y Cebolla, and moreish Caramel Mocha Cupcakes to delicious Portuguese Pasteis de Nata.
In total jmarchitects raised over £140 for the Architects Benevolent Society, who are dedicated to helping past and present members of the wider architectural profession, and their families, in times of need.
