This Mental Health Awareness Week, the jmcare group and Mental Health First Aiders will be sharing resources to help improve our mental wellbeing at work and at home.

The theme this year is ‘Anxiety’, a normal feeling we all have which can sometimes become a mental health problem. The Mental Health Foundation has free resources to help you understand more about anxiety and the things you can do to help.
