The Challenge

To work with the constructor developer client to realize on site a complex design by John Smart Architects, producing eight complex, high quality homes on a steeply sloping site adjoining a railway cutting in a conservation area of south London.

The Solution

Various planning amendments were required to resolve the technical complexities of the site. We worked with our client to create a robust technical design incorporating a unique architectural language which delivered bespoke dwellings whilst achieving statutory compliance.

The Outcome

Each of the dwellings is uniquely designed, a highly functional layout, efficient but spacious, beautifully constructed with private terraces giving framed views of the city. Each of units sold either off plan or very soon after completion.
