Working as an integral part of our small administrative team in Edinburgh, and with their support and guidance, the role will very much be office-based. Duties will include booking travel, producing correspondence and other documents, project-related administration, assisting with bids, being involved in organising staff and client events, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and generally keeping the office running smoothly whilst liaising with the admin team around all our UK offices.
For this important role we are looking for someone with:
- initiative;
- a smart appearance and professional manner;
- a high level of knowledge of, and ability to use, MS Word and Excel;
- good written and spoken English.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious practice. If this sounds like it could be the role for you, please apply with your CV and a covering letter via S1 Jobs.
