The second of our projects to be shortlisted at the 2022 Scottish Property Awards is Brewer’s Court in the Build to Rent Development of the Year category!
The building, called Brewer’s Court, is in central Edinburgh; situated on the long-established Old Town thoroughfare of Calton Road. It provides 87 studio apartments for students within walking proximity of the University of Edinburgh’s Holyrood and main city centre campuses.
Edinburgh’s principal train station is located 10 minutes’ walk away and Princes Street is located similarly, where the majority of the city’s bus and tram routes traverse.
