Orientated around an efficient shared central access and service core to all floors, maximising lettable area and optimising service routes to the floor plates.

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. Full credit to the whole design and construction team who, with their hard work and dedication, have successfully created an iconic building for Middlesbrough. The positive impact of the building and its public realm is already being felt by the local community, as the next stepping stone in the Town’s Boho masterplan.”
