The House, Stock Exchange Hotel
The House at the Manchester Studio’s Stock Exchange Hotel project has been launched and featured in The Sunday Times.

Originally designed as a restaurant within a two storey roof extension to the Grade II Listed former Stock Exchange, the apartment boasts three bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen, gym, a private passenger lift and is serviced by the hotel via a separate service lift. A ‘floating’ stair provides access through a retractable rooflight to a large roof terrace offering panoramic views of the city. Read more from The Times article here.

The hotel has undergone a £17m refurbishment and extension over 3.5 years and is due to open to the public – along with in-house chef, Tom Kerridge’s Bull & Bear restaurant – on 15th November 2019.
