Halcyon Way SEND Primary School
We are delighted to announce that we have reached completion of the design and construction for the Halcyon Way School in Chadderton, Oldham.
The proposal delivers a new 140 place SEN school with a 12 place Nursery for children aged 4-11 years old with Severe to Moderate Learning Difficulties (SLD-MLD). The School's mission is to develop Learning Pathways for each child to achieve their aspirations and enabling them to be included into society as a self-assured citizen with an underpinning confidence and belief in themselves.
The jmachitects designed new building provides state of the art purpose built facilities, with outdoor areas including a small amphitheater, MUGA, external dining area, and a woodland area shared with Kingfisher School, both schools form part of Kingfisher Learning Trust.
